Martin Schulze In fact the best album I've ever heard in between the last months. "Ride Again" combines everything what I like in 80s music. This man has real 80s genes. Even now the top album of 2024. A fantastic trip into my best years of my favourite decade. Best song: "Backstreet leather toy"

Æther Brilliantly executed mashup of Escape From New York and Miami Vice vibes. Ride Again is pure fun from start to finish, don't miss it. I was already hype on the singles but moments like the beautiful bridge on Backstreet Leather Toy, the carefree roll of "Daddy's Last Night In Town," unbridled flirtatiousness of Calle Loiza, and the almost proggy synths in the middle of "Disappear Here" are some of the best things I've heard recently. Front to back 10/10 Favorite track: Backstreet Leather Toy (ft. Sedona).

Ride Again is a lavish expansion on the sounds and styles of his previous record, 2015's Motorcycle Yearbook; a result of countless hours spent dwelling in the shadows at nightclubs and warehouse parties over the past decade. Drawing on solace and epiphanies that stemmed from the dance floor, he weaves together elements of New Wave with the groovy and persistent infectiousness of Techno and House. Riding four-on-the-floor rhythms like a mythical motorcycle, Ronnie's sparkling synthesizers provide a bed for his dynamic vocals as he sings his songs of heartbreak, romance, and leather.

Ride Again was written and recorded at an undisclosed location. The first demos for the album were tracked in 2020 and the final mixes were completed in the spring of 2022. The album was mixed by Ronnie Stone and mastered by Adam Stillson at Decade Studios.
